Most of Naples high rises are located on the beach – see beach condos. But there are sections in Naples with high rises buildings that are not located on the beach. These high rises are located mostly along preserves and bays in north Naples.
Quick Overview Tour of Naples High Rises Off the Beach
Naples non-beach rises are in these neighborhoods.
Pelican Bay – Including its Bay Colony subdivision has a total of 29 high rises, six of the buildings are on the beach and the others are along a half mile wide preserve. They range from 15 stores to 22 stories tall, and built from 1981 to 2002. Square footage ranges from 1,200 to over 8,000 sq. ft. So quiet the range and variety.
There is room for one more high rise, which the developer and residents have been battling over for 10 years:
Growth in Pelican Bay High Rise Condo Units
Regatta – A small complex with just two 12 story high buildings and 205 condos. Just 1/3rd mile to the beach.
North Vanderbilt Beach – Has four separate high rise condo associations with a total of 10 buildings. These are mostly smaller sized condos and would be the most affordable high rises in the Naples area. There is a boat marina within the complex.
The Dunes – Also in the north Vanderbilt Beach area. The Dunes has three 12 story buildings and three 18 story buildings (the most recently built). These condos are larger ranging from 1,800 sq. ft. to over 5,000 sq. ft.
Pelican Isle Area – Here there are several high rises on Wiggins Bay. And many of the owners have boat slips.
Cove Towers – Also in the Wiggins Bay area, have five high rise associations.
